Reddy’s Hardwood Flooring is proud to be an official distributor of FG Floortec equipment through our partnership with Fg Floortece. All sales of FG Floortec machines, tools, and accessories are final. We encourage all buyers to review product specifications carefully and contact us with any questions before placing an order.
All Sales Final
Due to the specialized, professional-grade nature of FG Floortec equipment, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
This policy applies to all products listed in our Equipment section, including (but not limited to) The Puck, Taifun, Discus VS, Blitz, Randy Belt Sander, Middle Cyclone, Ringhammer, and accessories.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
Provide your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description.
We will work directly with FG Floortec under their manufacturer’s warranty to coordinate repair, replacement, or other applicable remedies.
Important:
Do not use, operate, or alter defective equipment until the issue has been documented and addressed.
Damage reported after 3 business days may not be covered under warranty.
Manufacturer Warranty
FG Floortec equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty terms.
Warranty coverage may vary by product and is limited to defects in materials or workmanship.
Normal wear-and-tear, misuse, and improper operation are not covered.

Non-Returnable Items
Any opened, used, fueled, or modified equipment.
Special order or custom-configured machines.
Clearance or discontinued products.
